I am going to be completing the 3 Peaks Challenge on Thursday 5th July 2018. The 3 Peaks Challenge involves trekking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in one continuous 24 hour attempt! I will be conquering Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon which entails walking over 25 miles of rough and rocky terrain, whilst battling against unpredictable weather conditions and climbing around 3500m! I will be raising money for my nephew, Christopher, who has a severe form of autism.

Christopher is 19 years old and about to leave his special school where he has been for the last 15 years. He will attend college in St Albans 4 days a week and the transition for him will be difficult as he moves into adult services. We continue to work with his challenging behaviour with a specialist program in the USA. Growing Minds have given us a chance to develop Christopher way beyond expectations and we continue to access their services.
