We are trying to raise money for a beautiful young mum and her 8 year old daughter and partner to go to disney land florida to make special memories , amy has been through so much at the age of 25 she was diagnosed with breast cancer , she had chemo her breast removed and radiotherapy . Amy fought it for her little girl and she done it , in febuary this year she should have been clear for 5 years . Instead she has just had the most devasting news the cancer is back , its in her neck , her spine her lymph node in her chest wall , her shoulder blades and lungs , she has been offered chemo and advance treatments but can not be cured only pro long her life 😢 please donate any thing you can to help amy make some beautiful special memories with her little girl xxx
