My son has been playing football since he was 7 years old he is now 24 and a fantastic, committed and considerate footballer. Last October he was playing for Lymington Town fc he had only been on the pitch for 5 minutes when a player from the opposition decided to take him out while his foot was planted this caused ACL damage, a week off work and 6 months of painful physio. We have worked hard to encourage him and keep his spirits high, so tonight for the first time he went to play excitedly went to play for a 5 aside team to help get his fitness for pre -season only for me to get the phone call to say his knee had moved again and he was in pain. Mums can give hugs but i can't take away the pain or the sadness that he feels tonight so i am asking for your help to pay for his operation that will cost around £4,600 and another 6 months of hard work. I am grateful for any help you can give to try to help this lovely young man, many thanks from a footy mum.
