This is jonlee 17 years old im hoping to raise funds for a break away for jonlee & his family.

26th july 2000 Jonlee was born with Fragile X syndrome (FXS) is a genetic disorder. Symptoms often include mild to moderate intellectual disability. About a third of people have features of autism such as problems with social interactions and delayed speech. But things where looking good for Jonlee he was walking at 1 years old shouting mamma all over the house and even counting 1-5 jonlee has two brothers with the same condition. There mum lynn is a single parent to all boys after marrying her late husband and loosing him in 1997 to meeting jonlees dad and it not working out.! Im a family friend and this brave kindhearted women has been through alot too.

march 2002 was the time her world and her sons life was going to change completely All excited to move into there new home to start a fresh ... work men had been in the property and never lowerd temp on the boiler lynn wasnt awear of this and the eldest boys would often help bath jonlee and around the house. Being a single mum to three boys with special needs was challanging but this women never once moaned.! that night unpacking furniture settling into the new family home .. one of the boys run a bath to help out that night and jonlee 2 years old had climbed in no cold added and suffer 70 % degree burns to his lower body ... lynn remembers this night over and over getting rushed to royal hospital for morphine to help the pain on the way to alder hey police cars lights sirings that memory for lynn never fades

nurses doctors etc waiting for jonlee to arrive he was rushed to I.C.U lynn lost jonlee once in I.C.U this small fragile baby i seen wrapped in bags its a memory i wont forget let alone his mum. the long long road to recovery was to begin contant plastic surgery to this day is ongoing

Jonlee lost his speech and his mobility to walk again lynn was given that news her son would not walk again in 2015 seeing many doctors etc to see why he wouldnt walk again and the answers are because of his injury to his legs.

All 6 week holidays jonlee has spent in alder hey going under plastic surgery which jonlee will always have to have until he stops growing but jonlee is near 6ft in hight so its harder i think this family could do with a little break away which theyve never been able to spend time together as a family since 2002 lynns one strong person for what her and jonlee have been through and if anyone deserves a medal top of the list is jonlee then his mum jonlee is a loveable child never moans always brave its heartbreaking after all hes been through he loves water still and i would love nothing more for his to visit a lovely water park just to see him smile and be excited jonlee would need disability venue where supplys things to suit his needs
