I'm Joanne and I'm raising £6,000 for surgery. I started transition 8 years ago, but what I need is no longer available on the NHS.

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and the hypermobility this brings has effected both my mobility and ability to heal. With these health problems I don't feel safe to undergo full vaginoplasty, what I need is orchiectomy as this is a much less invasive operation. The NHS promised me this 3 years ago, but they just kept me hanging on, and as of last September I discovered that Wes Streeting had stopped NHS Orchiectomies.
