Hi everyone. I will be taking part on an Olympic Triathlon on 5th August. We'll be swimming 1500m (on the Thames), cycling 40k and running 10k. For that I will be raising funds to support the project "Solidarity House" which is our local charity that has helped me and hundred of people over the years. Solidarity Spiritist Society. registered charity number 1172599
