Lorraine taggart is my wee girls dance teacher. She has been threw one of the most hardest times. Her mother was murdered by her own son Lorraines brother. He was found guilty and sentence to 18 years in prison. Lorraine still doesn't have any closure over her mum's death due to her brother still being exuctor of her mum's will and all her assets. He calls the shots from behind bars. Lorraine had tried to fight this threw courts. All she wants is to be able to gain access to her mum's home to be able to get photographs and some of her mum's belongings to keep as memories. Ross her brother is rejecting all this there is a 50 50 chance if she was to get a top end lawyer that she could take this to court and fight it but this is going to cost thousands of pounds. I don't get how someone found guilty of murder can get away with still been executor of her mum's will. Lorraine wouldn't want people doing this for her as it has been mentioned before and she would feel that she would need to pay everyone back. It's been over 2 years now and she's still living in distraught if we could raise enough to try and help then atleast she can put up another fight and have a 50 50 chance of getting some of her mum's belongings. This girl will never get to see her mum again for what her brother done and our justice system just seems to be all wrong. Would love to be able to help someone out and try and get some closure for her. Ano Lorraine will hate this but think it will show just how much everyone does care and will try and help you to get this solved so you can have a bit closure and move on in life.
