I've raised £150 to help fund the work of LATNEM maternal mental health peer support

Wonderful local mum Jodie has challenged herself to run a 1/2 marathon in aid of LATNEM Maternal Mental Health Peer support. Latnem run peer support meetings twice a week for mums in the North East who are struggling with their maternal mental health.
Jodie is taking up this personal challenge, running in honour of her friend Shona who was always up for a challenge.
The pandemic has shown us more than ever that mental health is a priority and LATNEM are working hard to keep mums talking about how they feel and helping them find help and support. Any money raised will go directly to LATNEM to allow them to continue supporting local mums.
Jodie is amazing. COVID has brought unexpected challenges and costs for running the group and the money she raises will let us pay for a bigger meeting room to allow social distancing and PPE to keep us all safe - Gill LATNEM volunteer
