Story
On Sunday 12th March 2017, I am running the Vitality Bath Half Marathon for the 3rd time! =)
Another fantastic cause!
A charity I have volunteered with for over a year now....=)
I'm raising money for threeAs- a new charity that specialises in providing specialist counselling and cognitive rehabilitation to anyone with a brain injury and their carer's. This is a service that is very much needed.
Brain injury is not a mental health condition. It is a physical injury to the brain that affects the brains function-potentially affecting memory, organisation, emotion, attention, language, movement and coordination.
Brain injury is an invisible injury for many and threeAs counselling service supports rehabilitation following brain injury through building on emerging awareness with acceptance of change then adjustment through recovery.
