We are raising £7000 to fund a new wheelchair basketball chair for Joe.

Edit: a big thank you to everyone who has donated! Unfortunately I have had an uodated quote and instead of £5500 we are looking at a cost of £7000! so thats why the target has chaged.

Joe has Cerebral palsy and has played Wheelchair basketball for 8 years and is still playing in a borrowed club chair that is heavy and slow.

A new sports wheelchair would allow Joe to work on his fitness, as well as his coaching and other work with Young People. Joe is a Youth Worker and works for a local charity as Pastoral support lead, working with Young people from 14-25. Having a new sports chair would allow him to get involved in new activities with young people and help more young people to get involved in sport.
