I've raised £1000 to help Farnborough Masonic Centre for much needed repairs and maintenance

The Farnborough Masonic Centre is a hub used by numerous Freemason lodges who attend and meet regularly to discuss, plan and hold regular fundraising events, raising money for many charities. The Farnborough Masonic Centre is a vital hub for these meetings and without this building, there will be no place for the masons to meet and carry out there wonderful charity work. The ongoing costs of repairs and maintenance of the building relies heavily on its members.
You can learn more about this centre at... http://www.farnboroughmasoniccentre.org.uk/
In order to create much needed additional funds, I am going to climb Ben Nevis in June 2018, the UK's highest peak standing at 1345m / 4411ft. I have already put myself in training to prepare for this. You can follow my progress of how things are going on here at Just Giving and my Facebook page which can be found by clicking on the link below.

Please please please support me for this very worthy cause!
My name is Joe White, I am 71 years old and I am a Mason at the Semper Fidelis Lodge No.6664, which is located at the Farnborough Masonic Centre. I like a challenge, and climbing Ben Nevis has always been one of those things I have wanted to do, so I set myself the challenge to climb the mountain and raise essential funds for the upkeep of our building. I take great pride in being a part of my lodge and helping raise money for the various charities we continuously donate to, I am really honored to be a part of this. Please help me save our building so we can continue raising money and doing good for others. Thank you very much for your support.
