I've raised £300 to Get Joe to the finish line!! Joe's running to help raise money for his little cousin. Super Ruby is fighting against Neuroblastoma

Joe has just turned 4, Ruby is his little cousin. Ruby is only 22 months old and already fighting for her life. We need your help, please read...
In an attempt to raise money to help in Rubys fight against Neuroblastoma, Joe will be taking part in the "Little Half marathon" starting in Southwark Park on Sunday 10th March 2019.
The route follows the last 2.4 miles of The Vitality Big Half to the finish by the Cutty Sark in Greenwich.
Ruby is a beautiful 22-month-old little girl, who was diagnosed in December 2018 with a rare type of cancer called High-Risk Neuroblastoma.
Ruby's mum and dad were floored by the agonising news that a large (12cm) tumour was found in her abdomen.
After many tests, biopsy's and MRI scans, a decision to start an intensive treatment protocol was made. (Ruby looked tiny lying on the apparatus)
Ruby has started intensive Chemotherapy, she's still smiling...
She has to go through this ordeal every 10 days, in the hope that it will make the tumour suitable for surgical removal.
So little, Ruby has 18 months worth of treatment ahead of her, with stem cell transplants, a period of very high dose chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy.
For anyone who has gone through the cancer-fighting therapies or supported someone who has, I don't need to remind you how painful it can be.
Following this, Ruby will need to travel abroad to have further treatment, and that's the part we need your help with! Please xxx
