We can’t thank people enough for the outpouring of support and generosity shown towards Joe.

You have given us hope and confidence for a more positive future.

Every single penny and pound really has made ALL the difference to his fund. He is (and we are) truly blessed... Down to so many personal donations from friends and family straight into Joe’s bank account we are amazed and so lucky to have ALREADY reached the target of £16000, before his operation in August!!!

Words really cannot express our thanks and to say we are speechless is an understatement.

We are humbled, we are overwhelmed, we are forever grateful to our family and friends who (continue to) hold us up, above the ‘rising water’.

We have decided, as a family, that any extra donations still to go into ‘the pot’ will be put towards an eyegaze system for him to aid his communication.

This is something he currently is being taught to use in school (one of only a handful of suitable candidates) and before now (at over £8000) has been unobtainable for us to have at home but, thanks to your efforts, ideas, fundraising and energy, any extra money will go towards that.

It is the same system that Steven Hawkins used. It’s really an incredible machine!
