One of the original JAPES runners, Heather Angelopoulos, is running the Athens Marathon on Sunday November 13th. She has already raised the amazing total of £435 and is still encouraging her sponsors to donate to JAPES. What a star! What a runner! What a fundraiser! Kudos!

JAPES: Joelette and People Experiences was established to raise money to buy a Joelette. The Joelette is a specifically designed wheelchair to enable anyone with reduced mobility or disability to be involved in running activities with the help of at least two guides.
Our previous Crowdfunding campaigns allowed us to buy a Joelette and funded our Launch Run which took place at the Great Scottish Run on October 2nd 2016.
Our fundraising continues though, in order to help those with disabilities experience mass participation events and to fund a second Joelette.
