Help us bring a 24/7 defibrillator to Llwynhendy ❤️

We’re hoping to raise £2,000 to purchase a defibrillator and heated outdoor cabinet for the Llwynhendy community, which will be situated at The Joiners Arms and accessible when it’s needed.

At present, the only defibrillator in Llwynhendy is located at the school. While this is an important resource, it isn’t accessible when the school is closed, leaving the community without access to a defibrillator during evenings, weekends and school holidays.

By installing one outside The Joiners Arms in a secure heated cabinet, we can provide a defibrillator that is available to the local community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In a cardiac emergency, every minute matters. Having a defibrillator readily available locally could make a huge difference while waiting for the emergency services to arrive.

Our target of £2,000 will go towards the purchase of the defibrillator, the heated external cabinet and getting it installed and ready for community use.
