In February 2016 my brother Tiemen was found dead on the streets of Tenerife he had been missing since 2015. He had been living on the streets ,when the police found him they said that he had not eaten or drunk for a very long time . I used to be in the army and found that many of the people living on the streets in England were from the army, so I took it apron myself to find some building that could house these people and give them help from the social services here on the Isle of man
