Josh is Sam and Aaron (my two step sons) 7 year old younger brother.

In August 2014 Josh was diagnosed with ALL leukaemia and he then began his 3 year plus journey of chemotherapy.

With the end of treatment in sight Josh sadly relapsed in January 2017 and due to him getting acute pancreatitis he is not allowed certain drugs so he has to have a very high dose of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and most recently a stem cell transplant.

Luckily, his baby brother, Luke, was a 10/10 match and Josh received both live cells from him as well as frozen ones saved from his umbilical cord.

Throughout this difficult time, Josh has had the dedicated care of the staff at Ward 15 of Birmingham Childrens Hospital.

Josh is still in Birmingham Childrens Hospital following this and his parents are by his side each and every day.

I will be running the 8.5 mile Sutton Fun Run on Sun 4 June 2017 and on the back of this I am raising this money to support the family as with Josh in hospital and Luke just turned one, the family need to concentrate on being there every day for each other.
