Hi everyone, I’m a volunteer at my local Air Cadet Squadron, and to support our amazing cadets, I am taking on the challenge of running a half marathon.

Through volunteering, I get to see first-hand just how much this squadron means to our young people. It is a safe, welcoming, and inspiring place where they can learn, stay active, build confidence, and develop skills that will stay with them for life. We are incredibly proud of what our squadron offers, but right now our resources are being stretched to the limit.

To keep providing the best possible experience for every cadet, we need a much-needed equipment refresh. We are raising £500 to invest directly back into our squadron by purchasing:

STEM equipment to spark curiosity and future skills

Computer and tech gear to support digital learning and cyber development

Sports equipment to keep everyone active and team-focused

Welfare and comfort supplies to make our squadron feel like a true second home.
