    Story

This is my grandad. He is 83 years old and is more like a father to me as i lost my own dad when i was 4.

He lost my nan around 10 years ago after being married for nearly 60 years

since he lost my nan its only because of family and friends that hes managed to live half a normal life.

up untill 2 years ago he managed to drive himself around to shops and visit family and enjoy the odd pint with his cousin.

2 years ago he started acting strange and hes health started to go down hill.

The reason behind this was another distant family member had been visiting my grandad and asking him for Money.

I have since learned that the family member had been visiting for around a year and taking him to the bank to withdraw or transfer money, amounts from £1000 to £3000 at a time.

In total my grandad has lost £65,500 due to him being taken advantage of and not in the right frame if mind.

my grandad is now with no savings for himself and is forced to sell his home where he has lived for the last 16 years

i know he will never get the £65,500 back but if i can help him raise £10,000 towards his care and living untill he sells his home that would be such a help to him

thank you so so much for reading and if possible if you could donate what ever possible to help me raise this for an o a p thats been conned out of everyghing , thank you

    He lost
