Story
We are raising money to give our Friend Peter Toulson a fitting funeral. Pete was a Big Issue North seller. Outside M and S in York. A gentle giant always had a smile or friendly banter with both his customers and the general public. He was a dignified proud man, who for no fault of his own found himself falling upon hard times.
He was a very familiar friendly face to many people in York. He had no resources of his own to fund a funeral. Can you help us give him the send off he deserves. Thank you John and Julie McGall

7 years agoNEWS UPDATE Funeral Monday 16th Jan at 9.40 am. Lawnswood Crematorium, Leeds Memorial Service. Sunday 5th Feb at 4pm, Trinity Church, Monkgate, York.

Thank you for raising money for Pete's funeral. My wife Pat bought the Big Issue every week from him and we always stopped to chat. He was a lovely fellow and he is a sad loss.
