Story

Sadly, he is no longer with us as he lost his battle with Cancer back in 2019.

From an early age, my Dad instilled a positive attitude within me to follow my dreams, travel the world and challenge myself to new things and sporting achievements.

I have wanted to complete a Cycle Challenge for quite some time now and I keep hearing my Dads silly voice saying

“Are you sure!?”

“Good Luck”

“Have Fun”

“Make sure, you wear a helmet”

I now have a team of riders who are keen to join me on this quest. We will be enduring a Chester to Amsterdam Cycle Challenge to help raise money for Wirral St John's Hospice where my Dad spent his final days.

The Hospice costs in the region of £4million a year to run, and whilst they do receive some NHS grants, the majority of their income is generated from donations. So, every penny counts, please donate as much or as little as you can for this fantastic cause. They can continue to provide excellent specialist care for patients and loved ones.

In August 2022 a the team of Riders will be cycling 320km or 198 miles from Chester to Amsterdam over the course of 3 days.

Day 1 – Chester (Eastgate Clock) to Sheffield

Day 2 – Sheffield to Hull

Day 3 – Hoek Van Holland to Rijksmuseum Amsterdam

Funds donated to this page will go directly to support the team during the course of this challenge and with your help we can achieve our target and make a 'Huge' donation to Wirral St John's Hospice

So far the Team includes;
