Story
In October 2019 Kayleigh was admitted to hospital with a suspected virus. After many tests and operations she finally found out that she has heart disease and needs a heart transplant. During this time she has never stopped smiling and stays positive. Her dream is to goto New York for Christmas. So why don’t we make this happen! .
