They believe good mental health is for everyone. They aim to educate, empower and support people to better understand their mental health and wellbeing to give them the confidence and tools to face life’s challenges.

Through their Wellbeing Talks they aim to educate, empower and support people to better understand their mental health in schools, businesses and professional sports teams across South Wales.
