Desperate Dad needs help

I really really need your help, and here Is why.

I am now nearly 52 years of age and I have three small lovely beautiful children, all boys now aged 6, 4 and 2 years of age. I have been with my wife, who I still love dearly for 23 years, we married and had three beautiful children.

After the birth of our third children, things started to go wrong, my wife got what I now know to be postnatal depression, and started to abuse me physically and mentally, this was also not helped by a brother of my wife, who was very friendly around our children, especially the oldest one, this caused me lots of issues and problems with her family, but my wife at first did support me.

In turn her family disowned her and us and our three boys, I done everything to make sure my wife and her family started talking again and I thought everything was going well.

My wife wanted us to start a large extension over the house and to the side, it was really far to large, we went to the bank and my wife only wanted to get a small top up on the mortgarge,in the end it was not enough and my wife asked me to empty the savings , which I did joint and mainly the ones in my name.

I still had issues from the brother and was called a trouble maker and my wife started taking her parents side and that of her brothers, he was 45 never done a days work in his life, drank, smoked and was drug user.

I found out three months later, my wife was having an affair and moved money around in accounts, I knew nothing about, the day before we stopped living together, she asked me for £550 because she had no money, this was a first, that night I found a bank statement in her name with just under £33,000 in it, I knew nothing about it.

Three weeks before we stopped living together June 9th, my wife battered me and with blood pouring out of my face and head, I called the Police, Police arrived and wanted to arrest her, I begged them not too, and she was forced to leave the home for the night, she admitted to the Police that she hit me and made no complaint about myself, she came back a few hours later and we made up to try and start our lives again, I was wrong.

My wife and her family went to war with me and have tried to ruin me after that day I called the Police,and in turn make me homeless and the family never ever want me to see our children again.

Well this is what happened and why I so desperately need your help. My wife on the 27th June 2018 never came home from work and here is why, she found out, that I knew about her affair and moving large amounts of money around, my wife calls me at 4pm and tells me she is on her way home, two hours later I am worried no texts or calls, I tried to contact her nothing, so I go around to her parents house, her parents picked the children up that day,I arrive at the house, my wife peeping through a window, I knock on the door, my wife answers the door and within a second her Dad pushes his daughter out of the way and attacks me for nothing.

I thought I was going to help and get attacked, I call the Police, my wife calls them 4 mins after myself. The Police respond to my call and I must say were brilliant that night, it was left, I go home and we sort it all out in the morning.

The next day I call and text my wife and nothing, I drive around to the house and on the way I see my father in law with my youngest child, I stop and go over to chat and am attacked again in front of my young son, I call the Police again ( I must point out, at all times I have never ever hurt or responded to any attacks whatsoever).

I went back home after the first attack the night before and I found out, that later that night my wife and her brothers, wife who is a Judge get a non molestation order out on me in London,in the same chambers where she works, we live outside London, and my wife also gets me arrested for attacking her the same night I got attacked, on June 9th she reported that to the Police many weeks after the so called day it happened and just under 4 weeks after we stopped living together. I have since found out getting me arrested was key and so important to the children.

I feel my wife totally set me up to get me arrested that night and I did not work, because she thought she could now lose the children because of the Police involvement, she could not have got a non molestation order in Essex without some kind of proof, instead she rings up a Judge out of hours in London and within 30 seconds I have a non molestation order for doing nothing, I was the one attacked twice.

After many court cases, I have not been found guilty of anything, my wife is taking me to court all the time, this is to bankrupt me, her family have loads of money and the plan is to leave me with nothing and never see the children.

CAFCASS, who did reports, came down on my side but wanted to wait for my court case, my wife who was living with her parents, told the court living in one room with three small children was to much and needed the family home, I offered to move out asap, still today the family home is empty and I am homeless, most of my wages go on servicing the debt on the extension and CSA payments leave me with around £180 a month to live. I am now £45.000 in debt with court fees, I go to a gym to shower and shave, I am trying hard to keep my job. I was adopted at 10 days old and have no family.

Anytime I had my children for overnight stays, I took them to holiday parks or hotels etc, which I could not afford, all on my credit cards and myself living out of a car, seemed crazy, this was not enough for me wife, who called the Police on me many times for nothing, the last time her Dad saw me climbing his garden fence trying to smash a window, I was arrested for breaking the non molestation order, which could get me a five year sentance, in fact that day and time I was at work and the Police let me go with no further action.

Having access to our children was always a drama, my wife and her sister in law spent most of the time trying to stop contact and ringing up hotels etc, checking fire regulations and making my life hell, when I had the children.My wife travels a lot and is never ever home with the children, her parents and her brother are now looking after them almost full time, I get to see them one day in the week and every second weekend.

I get verbally abused by my wife’s mother and father every time I collect or drop off the children, my wife has now taken me back to court saying that I am emotional blackmailing the children against her, I was in court last week and now because of this CAFCASS want to do a section 7 report and now I can’t see my children until at least November, no contact whatsoever wow.

If I did not call the Police on my wife that night last year, I would still be living at home with her and our children, in truth I wish I didn’t and I was leading a normal life.

I have so much more to tell, but in short after being abused I desperately need help and now I am homeless sleeping in my car, my wife cleared our accounts out and left me with nothing. I am trying to pay for a divorce so I can get my life back into shape, but it could take years, her family have now been harassing me and trying to get me the sack from work and have made malicious false allegations against myself and the family are hoping I just disappear or just drop down dead.

Her Dad and her sister in law, both have PINs served on them by the Police for harassing me, I am trying to keep my job and see my children who I love with all my heart, please help me and send some money, anything would help.

I am very happy to prove my case is real and happy to pay back any money after my settlement.

This money is for court costs and for a place to stay, just a room, so I can try and see my children again, I promise to you that I have done no wrong and will prove and show you anything you need from me.
