Weʼve raised £25 to help May and her child survive in hiding in Beirut and ultimately to help her escape.

    Story

May and her child have been in hiding in from her estranged violent husband in Beirut for over four years. Her family from Surrey have exhausted their modest financial reserves and urgently need funds to pay for May's rent and everyday needs.

May will also probably need funds for lawyers in order to secure her eventual escape.

Four years of hiding and on the run in a strange city have taken their toll. Both mother and child are in urgent need of medical assistance, especially the child who is severely traumatised. This will prove a further and sustained financial burden.

    May's situation is now desperate.

All donations will go directly into her father's bank account.

    Please donate generously.
