Story

Dr John Molyneux was a pioneer of the hydroponic industry with a vision to allow individuals, families and communities achieve food independence. He founded Nutriculture UK in 1976 and set about providing the globe with innovative growing solutions. Since his passing in 2019, his wife Marie, saw the influence his legacy could have on easing suffering through the medicinal use of cannabis.

The aim of the foundation is to support families who have turned to alternative cannabis-based therapies for the treatment of children suffering from a range of medical issues, such as multiple sclerosis or epilepsy; treatments which are still unavailable on the NHS and can only be accessed through private clinics. These botanical medications have changed the lives of their children by hugely improving their quality of life. Sadly this comes at great cost with families having to raise hundreds, or thousands each month to pay for the prescription.

We're partnering with MedCan Support to help overcome those financial burdens.

John's son, Thomas, will be undertaking the gruelling 2000km bike ride between Land's End and John O'Groats, hoping to raise £500 to launch the foundation. Starting on 5th September and lasting around 16 days, Thomas will follow the GB Divide route favoured by The Racing Collective.
