I am an Afghan refugee, I have lost both my parents during the war in Afghanistan. I have basically lived my childhood in the warzone. I have been very lucky and escaped from Afghanistan. Currently i live in the Netherlands on my own. Since i came to the Netherlands, when I got here, I started following my dream of becoming a doctor and saving lives. I have been working and studying very hard to make something out of my life. It all paid off three years ago when i got to medical college here in Amsterdam.
My trouble started a year ago when i was feeling depressed (post traumatic stress disorder) and got myself into gambling. This got me into deep financial trouble and destruction from my studies. This all caused me a year study delay sofar.
I have been seeking professional help since three months to put this all behind me and continue my studies. I honestly admit that I have a very difficult and hard time but struggling really hard to get things back to the way it was before I got into this trouble.

Since studying medicine is more than a full-time job, It is almost impossible to repay the debts I have made. This puts me in a very difficult and stressful position and eats all my concentration.

I would really really appreciate it if people can help me out to get off this trouble and get my life back and fulfill my dream of becoming a doctor to serve and save the community.
