I took the picture of these girls in 2013, surprised that they already know how to wield a farm implement and have to carry a younger baby on their back - look closely - instead of having fun in a safe family environment.

So I'm making my 6th Charity trip to Malawi on August 22nd to complete our current project a Community Centre that supports our Destiny Lunch Box charity. This charity helps to give hundreds of local village kids a daily lunch followed by basic schooling. The project is now running in the new Centre which after our visit this year will have doors, windows, wiring, plumbing etc installed along with plastering & rendering etc finally providing an all year round dry secure location for this project. This will also open up options for many other community projects increasing the development opportunities of local children & their families.

I am guaranteeing £1000 of an overall £20,000 target, covering our materials & labour requirement to see the full completion of the Centre, plus ongoing funding for the food & school program after we return.
