I'm raising money to enable us to form a football team for young players to enter into the world of adult football. Due to rising costs and lack of volunteers many young footballers find that despite playing in a club for a number of years, at the age of 16 there is nowhere for them to progress. What we are trying to achieve would be to give those wanting to continue a platform to continue to enjoy the game within an environment that is comfortable and less daunting than trying to join an already established men's team. The money raised would provide entry to the local league, affiliation to the Somerset F.A. and help provide equipment , balls, bibs etc.
