Me and my friends had recently set a challenge to climb Ben Nevis. Unfortunately one of the friends of the group who was going to do this challenge has now been diagnosed with bowel cancer which has spread to his vital organs and is now incureable at this stage. We do not know any time scale of how long, but I have now decided to do this walk to raise funds for Simon and his family to help them make as many memories as possible. It would be nice for Simon to either enjoy a family holiday or even help towards his household bills as he is currently out of work while receiving treatment.

I am taking this challenge on 21st July. Lets all help to raise as much money as possible to help Simon and his family in their time of need.
