Herrington U9 football club are running 73km in support of the Sunderland Fans Musuem following a recent “break in” which has resulted in damage.

The objective of running 73km is to get support and sponsorship with all funds raised going back to the Museum to help with repairs and increased security. We chose to run 73km as this links to the last time Sunderland won the Cup in 1973

The run will take place at Silksworth running track on 8th March - thank you to Everyone Active Silksworth for use of their facilities
