To celebrate my 40 years as a Salvation Army Officer, I'm doing the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge on 16 May - climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan all within 24 hours.

The money raised will be divided between The Salvation Army and the Alzheimer's Society (in memory of my late father who struggled with dementia in the final years of his life).

This is me at the summit of Pen y Fan on a 'test' climb a few weeks ago.
