I've raised £3000 to help fund veterinary fees to enable us to obtain treatment for our local seal population.

Story

It is with a very heavy heart that we have felt the need to set up this just giving page.

As many of you will be aware that most of the pups that are taken off of our beaches along our beautiful Norfolk shores are being assessed by our vets and sadly, are having to be euthanased due to health issues.

The hospitals intensive care units are full with extremely poorly pups that, despite ongoing first class care, are not responding to known treatments.

Some of our pups could have had treatment and be returned to the beach for us to monitor but due to the way that, this year in particular, people are crowding pups that are seen out of the water, taking selfies, letting their children touch them and not controlling their dogs, it is simply just not possible.

The situation will be ongoing for a while and our morale is at an all time low. All we seem to be doing is having our beautiful little treasures put to sleep on a daily basis and on some days as many as two, or even, three.

Our vet bills have spiralled out of control so, if you feel you could donate something towards these ever increasing costs, we really would appreciate it very much indeed.

We want to send you all our thanks and much love for the ongoing support you have shown us through these very dark and difficult times.
