On the 23rd June I will be embarking on my toughest challenge yet in a 100mile bike ride, as part the cycle live nottingham event, (www.cyclelivenottingham.co.uk) this is a personal challenge for me following significant life changing events in our family.

Our beautiful amazing daughter Olivia goes to a specialist school in Nottingham, Derrymount (www.derrymount.notts.sch.uk)

They help and support Olivia and other young people to become as independent and self sufficient as possible.

The dedication of the teachers at this school is second to none. My challenge is to test myself physically and mentally in riding 100 miles and also to hopefully raise funds for the school to enable the children here to engage in social activities to support their independence.
