I've raised £3000 to raise donations for Challenging MND - Charity No 1182607.

Meady & I are involved in two charity events this year with the purpose to raise donations for Alex Gibson's charity, Challenging MND – Charity No 1182607.
Our inspiration is our friend, Alex Gibson, who has been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease - a disease with no cure. A former Brentwood Rugby Club teammate, a family man, a friend, who aims to support those diagnosed with MND through his established charity, Challenging MND.
Alex is a former national decathlete, chartered accountant, nutritionist, rugby coach and personal trainer. Alex has always set high standards and achieved so much in life through his dedication and commitment to his professions... which is why his diagnosis came as such a shock.
Alex, in true Gibbo style, is taking on this disease with great determination and courage. His charity, Challenging MND, has a mission to provide assistance and financial support to those diagnosed with MND to complete long lasting and memorable challenges.

Rob and I, inspired by Gibbo, will be joining Alex Gibson and in walking the 3 peaks and cycling peak to peak commencing on the 27th July. A challenge which sees us walk up Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon and cycling shy of 500 miles in 7 days.
I (Wylie) will then be cycling over 1,000 miles from Lands End to John O’Groats in August. The challenge consists of 100 miles cycling per day over 11 days. This challenge is important for both myself in its achievement and for the chosen charity Challenging MND.
Our target is to raise £5,000 so please help Rob and I reach this target by generously supporting us and this fantastic cause.
