As you all know Mark & I were best of mates in everything we did & that why we did everything together, college, uni, travel & work it was 30 years of having a bigger more sensible brother. So to lose him at such a young age was heartbreaking.

In the latter stages he was in St Bennidict’s hospice & the care he had was remarkable, so remarkable I am going to run an ultra marathon to raise money for them.. that’s 2 x full marathons & 1/2 marathon I am hoping to run this in 15 hours:

I will be thinking of him every step of the way & how tragic it is to lose anyone so young.
