Story
On the 20th March it will be two years since our friend Jonno Gollow sadly passed away. Jonno was a massive fan of live music, a music promoter who helped many local artists.
We would like to mark the occasion by having a “Wear your old band t-shirt for work day” on Friday 22nd March.
Pay £1 to wear your old band t-shirt to work with proceeds raised from this casual clothes day going to SoundCheck which is a music project that promotes young musicians island wide, producing regular Live Events and Studio Recordings. https://www.facebook.com/pg/SoundcheckIOM/
This is the second year and we hope to get more people involved. Last year we raised £1147. We hope to beat that this year.

5 years agoA great big thank you to everyone who took part, donated, spread the word, and shared photos. We managed to nearly double last year’s total. Including donations to Just Giving, donations made to us at Aston, and donations sent directly to Soundcheck.. We think the total is around £2050. I’m sure the donation will be put to very good use supporting the development of young people through music and entertaining the people of the Isle of Man with some excellent music. #jonnosoldbandtshirtday

Thanks to everyone who has donated so far. We are very grateful for your support. Including donations outside of Just Giving I think we have will beat our target. I'll keep the campaign going for a few more weeks just in case there are more donations to come in following pay day.
