Story
Make The Transition creates numerous environments for young people previously involved in gang culture to explore and develop vital skills which will equip young people for life once a successful transition has been made.
Make The transition workshop will be delivered in numerous environments such as behaviour units, Y.O.T’S, local youth clubs, secondary schools and many more.
The workshop will be structured by myself Jordan Dixon, a previous gang member. The workshop will consist of me telling the young people about my journey, some key experience and how I made the transition from such lifestyle to volunteering, being a part-time coach and now in a full-time job.
The Make The Transition motto is a core principle within the organisation and implements creating a brighter future for young people.
Our motto is
“ It’s easy to jump on the roads but it’s harder to jump off the roads”
