Story
Jordan Hart was only 17 when he passed away on 11th november this year.
Jordan had a severe form of muscular dystrophy known as Duchennes (DMD). He was an extremely brave lad who, over the years brought smiles to the faces of so many, all the while his muscles growing weaker and weaker. He was well known both in and out of the community and loved so so much.
We want to help his parents through this heartbreaking time by easing some of the worry of funeral costs and ask that you just give whatever you can. £10, £5 or even £1 it all adds up.
Most of us will be lucky enough not to have to bury a child. I can think of nothing more difficult. Lets give this amazing teen the send off he deserves. We are hoping to raise at least £200 but of course would love to see this target smashed so Please please give what you can. The money you donate goes directly to Jordans family. Once you have donated please share the link to reach as many as we can. If you are unable to donate you can help by also sharing this link and asking others to share it. Thank you for your support.
FLY HIGH JORDAN xxx
