I've raised £2000 to help support 2 brothers suffering with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy by running Royal Park half marathon. 9th October 2022

George and Billy are brothers aged 23 & 24 years old. At the age of 2 & 3 they were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which effects every muscle of their body and will deteriorate over time.
They have had manual wheelchairs and electric scooters but then they had to be transferred to electric wheelchairs when they could no longer walk.
They are always cheerful and brave boys and accept each new challenge that there body presents them.
They attended Southview school where they were very popular and tried to help the younger boys who were confined to wheelchairs.
When they were 13 and 14 years old there parents broke up they stayed with there mum. But due to the care the boys need they now live in a care home which caters for their physical needs.
Unfortunately they cannot manage to go out alone, so they rely on someone to take them, which is usually there 18 year old brother Freddie. They are now using sleep machines to help with there breathing in there sleep
These boys are very caring and i would like to help them in anyway I can. The donations will go directly to the boys, and they will be able to use it in any way to help support them at this time.
Please help me in giving any donation you can as i raise funds in doing a half marathon.
