Story

Thriller in the Villa is a fun event for the Island’s community, providing a platform for local fundraising. The annual event, sees local volunteers embrace the challenge of stepping into the Boxing Ring raising funds for their chosen charity in the Villa Marina's Royal Hall, Douglas, Isle of Man.

“I chose to do thriller to raise money for a cause I believe in. But also, both as a challenge to me physically and mentally. Also to show to myself that I can do it. The reason I picked Manx Carriage Driving 4 Disabled is because I am a part of the CADS (Castletown Ale Drinkers Society) and we were invited to see what they were all about. I really feel like they are doing good work. Just seeing how happy the people who were there were really showed the good work they are doing and that's something I want to support.”
