    Story

So basically this campaign is for my mother. She does not like asking anyone for help so does not know about this gofundme, it's also why I cannot have pictures of her.

So here's the story, my mother has 5 brothers, her father passed away a year ago and he was fairly wealthy although we are not.  One brother saw that his father was dying and decided to out of no where start spending lots of time with him.

Months before my grandfather passed he was not of sound mind, the one brother managed to get him to sign a will that meant he would inherit everything while the other 5 siblings inherited one pound.

He clearly did not care about him, when the doctors recommended some medicine that would reduce pain but also extend his life the brother refused it and said he would give him back rubs instead.

He wouldn't let the other siblings even visit their father. He started living in his fathers house to "look after him" and my grandfather was too poorly to get out of bed, so he was always there to answer the door, there was no way to even see him before he died.

We got into contact with the stay at home nurse that visited and according to her he would say things to his father like "none of them care about you that's why they have not visited" and "this is why you shouldn't give them anything, I asked them to visit but they said they don't want to". Of course we begged him to let us in to no avail.

He never told any of the other siblings that their father was dying, they had to hear through a cousin, and their certainly was no invitation to visit.

This is all depressing but the reason I am asking for your help is because of the legal fees that ensued. We got into contact with lawyers and they made it seem like we could easily win the case (without implicitly saying it, they knew how to word it without getting into trouble), so we took him to court again and again, it seemed certain we would win at first, then 50/50 and now we have lost, the documents my grandfather signed were too solid and there's no way to obtain evidence he was not of sound mind as we could not even visit him at the time.

As we have lost we have to pay for our own and this monsters legal fees. We have already paid thousands but resources are stretching thin and she is working herself to death. Anything you can contribute would help greatly, please pass this on. I don't normally ask for help like this but I'm just put in a position where  I do not know what to do. Bailiffs have been round and while they have been quite understanding there will come a point where they will have no choice but to begin taking our belongings.

    Thank you for reading this.
