I've raised £1000 to Support Cudox Wellbeing CIC by running the ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon & 10k

A group of 30 Bridge McFarland LLP employees, family and friends have decided to take on the challenge of running the ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon & 10k in Cleethorpes on 15th September 2024.
For many participants this will be the first time they have tackled such a distance and we have already seen an uplift in their health and wellbeing through the training leading up to the event.
Quite fittingly we have decided to raise funds for Cudox Wellbeing CIC which is headed up by the Lead Psychotherapist Angie Graham.
Our mission is to ensure that anyone in North East Lincolnshire (aged 4+) needing person-centered therapy is able to access it regardless of their situation in life.
Cudox supports hard to reach communities by being flexible in where and how people access therapy, including in their own home if that’s right for them. We offer face to face, telephone and online counselling in addition to creative and mind/body group therapy. We remove barriers such as thresholds and eligibility criteria to ensure individuals are allocated therapy quickly and easily. Therapy is offered for as long as needed, ensuring that deep rooted issues are given the time and space to fully heal from.
We promote the importance of looking after mental health, and work in partnership with businesses, voluntary and private sectors within our community.
Please get in touch if you’d like more information about how you can support us to make a positive difference in our community.

We would be grateful for any donations that we receive however big or small.
This is a real challenge for us all but we hope we can reach our target of £1,000.00 to make it all worthwhile!
