Celia is a close friend of mine and is so dependant on her mobility scooter for day to day normal tasks we all take for granted like shopping or ever simply posting her Christmas cards. Today while shr had her scooter on charge at her flat in St Johns, Woking. Some scumbags stole it. Of course due to her limited mobility she was unable to do anything about it.
Please help me make her Christmas one to remember for reasons other than this horrible situation. Thanks for taking time to read this. X
