Hi my name is Joshua/Sophie, we are taking part in the 10k run in Leeds on the 23rd of June to raise funds and awareness around SUDDEN UNEXPLAINED DEATH IN CHILDHOOD (SUDC). We are doing this because our close family friend Emily, and her partner Josh, suddenly lost their child Etta to this. We would like to help spread awareness and show how important this is, not only to us as a loving community, but to show our recognition to Emily and Josh, and how brave they are as a family. They have raised so much personally for the charity already whilst going through their own loss and sadness. Despite this difficult time they have faced, Emily, Josh and their family, have shown strength, bravery and resilience throughout. We would like to help give something back to them to show our own support and maybe spread a little light to them and their family in return.. 🤍🤍🤍
