Cambodia Trip 2019

Hi, and thank you for visiting my page! My name is Josh and in July, I am going to Cambodia for 23 days on a trip to help a local Cambodian community. The trip organisers, True Adventure, are linked with the charity Better Lives, who seek to provide support for communities in third world countries; not just short term aid, but support that will help in the long term, ensuring the community is sustainable and prosperous years after Better Lives has provided help. In the week we are staying in the local village, there are a number of things that could be done to help the community including building new, clean toilets as well as a vegetable garden to ensure the village has ample supplies for their own use but also for selling, providing a steady income.

To help raise money for this amazing trip, I am running the St Albans half marathon. I hope to raise £1000 because this amount of money would really help the project, so any donations of any amount would be hugely appreciated.

Below is a link to the Better Lives project brief for the trip, outlining the kinds of things that we would be doing to help the village grow.

Thanks again for visiting my page
