Thanks for taking the time to stop and look at my page.
I'll start from the beginning. My ex girlfriend who I was with for 4 years who I have 2 beautiful daughters with has emptied my bank account and got me into so much debt via applying for payday loans and limiting out every catalogue that she could register me to that does finance or payment plans and also taking out credit cards and maxing them out.
Now 3 years on I'm down to about £4000 debt. The debt I can work with and sort out slowly managing to reduce them. The big concern is however my daughters, just before withdrawing every penny from me that she could she rang the police and got me arrested saying I had thrown keys at her and beaten my oldest daughter up to which she had pictures of my daughter's face with bruises all over and hand marks. (Bear in mind I had not been at the house for the past 3 days as I was helping my mum move house 120 miles away) so I got arrested she took me through court and she forgot about the messages she had sent to my mum admitting I wasn't there and that she "was in the bath" when my daughter started screaming to which I have since found out from the neighbours that she was heard screaming and shouting at my daughter (this they said was on a regular basis while i was at work) then sounded like she was in a full on fist fight with someone (obviously my daughter who would have been only 3 at the time). I've been through court and found not guilty but the finger was never turned to her and she was never questioned over how my daughter got the marks on her face. Now my struggle is trying to find money for a solicitor to go back through court to get to see my daughter's and hopefully eventually sole custody of them. It's going to be a hard time going through court as fathers have to fight harder to see there kids then mothers. It's true as stated about the picture above. I am ready for court but don't feel that I can do it alone and have the best outcome my daughter's deserve. All I want is what's best for my children and living with a parent that harms them is not my idea of what's best where as I can give them a safe home and introduce them to there brothers that they don't even know exist.

Please if you have it in your heart and if you can help donate anything no matter how small the to help me out with getting to see my daughter's it would be the best thing ever not just for me but for my kids too. Not a minute goes by that I don't think about them.

I will have updates on how things are going and what the outcome of courts is.
