I've raised £100 to help me move house. Pay a removal van and put my stuff in storage if I’m without a home until the flat is ready.

Story

Wow, now this feel weird...

In October I had a break down and was admitted to hospital. In the months that have followed Ive finally got a diagnosis, a support network in the community and a therapy plan to help me get back on track.

Unfortunately while all those fantastic things have happened that will secure my health for the future, Ive been unable to work, lost my home and am trying to navigate the benefit system to get the financial assistance I need. Lets say, life maybe gets worse before it gets better?

The amazing housing team have found me a place to live, in the picture above, which is ready for me early Feb.

Due to having no income I am putting myself out there - to the world - to ask for just a little help to get life going again.

Any money raised will go towards moving my stuff and storage costs for the 2 weeks between eviction and move in. Thankfully i will have a place to go but during that time, everything Ive worked for over the last 10 years will not and will have to be sold or scrapped if I cant afford somewhere to keep it.

As a proud person, this reach out hurts, but pride sometimes needs to be boxed if it means I’ll end up losing what little I have left.

So there we are... thank you for reading 😊
