    Story

My friend has lived in the U.K. Since he was 4 years old when he came from DR Congo with his mother. in 2010 he committed a crime where he was sent to prison and served his sentence.... in 2016 now 24 years on age 28 having an 8 year old daughter here, after signing on regularly at the home office he was called in for an interview and was detained in a immigration removal centre. While being in Portland his mental state deteriorated dramatically and he cut off everyone around him. On 15th November 2016 he was deported back to dr Congo and is now currently there sleeping rough unable to get any money sent to him as the only I'd he has in a U.K. Provisional licence which is invalid in dr Congo. He was given none of the jabs he needed before leaving the uk and his mental state even though reported by friends and family was not assessed before he was deported and now he is left in a situation where he has no family friends of connections in dr Congo and is sleeping rough with no money food or even water. While his mental state was detiriating friends and family of him contacted his local MP Theresa may the home office local solicitors the Verne irc and no one wanted to help, since he has been gone the same people has been contacted again and also the brisitsh embassy but unfortunately it has been the same scenario.... how can someone live in the uk for 24 years and be deported whilst having a mental break down, no jabs including yellow fever that is a legal requirement to enter dr Congo. All family and friends even his daughter are uk British citizens whilst he has been refused this since he was 17 before he ever committed a crime and only had a indefinite leave to remain in the uk since he first arrived with his mother at 4 years old. Home office stated in his letter of removal that he was eligible for removal since 1992 when he would of been 4 years old how could he possibly leave on his own st that age they also state he came to uk to commit crime which is impossible
