dTwo years ago a very special friend of ours, Brian Tankard was unfortunately diagnosed with throat cancer. He underwent extensive treatment. During this time he was incredibly strong and brave. When we visited him in hospital, he was obviously in pain but still put a brave face on things.. His love of life, amazing positivity and deAll our big termination paid off as he recovered free from this awful disease.

Unfortunately, the cancer has now returned and Brian has needed to undergo life changing treatment. He is incredibly strong and never asks for anything. He always helps people, infact as you read this if you know Brian, he has most probably helped you at some point with something. He always gives everyone the time of day and never has a bad word for anyone. Everyone loves Brian and his jouville, bouncy character! He is thee kindest, loving, fun, friendly man you could meet and he does not deserve this awful disease and the treatment he will have to undergo. He is very well known for his humour, kindness and generosity in his home village of Dunbeg

He is a part of our family and we are lost for what to do to help at this time therefore, i thought we could raise a small amount of money for Brian to enjoy a well deserved break of his choice following his operation. We hope that this will give Brian something to focus on during his lengthy stay in hospital and all the low times which he will go through on his journey.
